Glamping near the Isle of Wight Festival, Isle of Wight

Of the 15 campsites within 3.1 miles of the Isle of Wight Festival, 7 have glamping.

Festival glamping and off-site glamping are different trips. Inside Seaclose Park, Pink Moon runs five boutique areas (Harvest Moon, Lunar Grove, Tipi Terrace, Lakeside Lodges and Moonlight Meadows) with bell tents, tipis and pre-pitched tents. These are booked separately from your festival ticket, and if you drive you need a separate festival car park ticket too.

Off-site, you get your own loo and a quieter night, but you walk or take a taxi to the music. The Island Riding Centre safari tents on Staplers Road are the closest, about 25 minutes' walk, and each sleeps eight, which suits a group of friends. The whole camp can be hired, but single-sex groups have to be declared and approved. Windmill Campersite does not take group bookings, and lets its glamping as Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday breaks, so the Friday to Monday break covers the festival weekend. Our festival camping guide covers the on-site options.
