Linstone Chine Holiday Village covers 37 acres of coastal land on Monks Lane between Colwell Bay and Fort Victoria. It is made up of two sites: Brambles Chine, a level area near the beach and playing field, and Cliff End, a gently sloping clifftop site next to Fort Victoria Country Park. The bungalows are individually owned, and a central letting office rents out those that meet a VisitEngland three-star standard.

Every let bungalow has two bedrooms (usually a double and a twin or bunks), a kitchen and a bathroom, with linen, made-up beds and towels included. Many look across the Solent to Hurst Castle and catch the sunset. Shared facilities are simple and free: a 9-hole pitch and putt, crazy golf, a grass tennis court, football pitch, gym trail, play park, a coin laundry and site-wide WiFi. EV chargers are in the car parks.

Bookings run Saturday to Saturday from mid-February to early November, with 3 to 6 night breaks by phone. Pets are not allowed, apart from assistance dogs. The beach path through Brambles Chine has been affected by erosion in recent years, so check access before you go.
