A Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location set beside Freshwater Bay Golf Course on the downs above Freshwater Bay, in the far west of the island. It takes five caravans or motorhomes on hedge-sheltered ground with sea views.

There are no hook-ups, toilets or showers, so it suits self-contained outfits; drinking water, a chemical disposal point, a motorhome drive-over waste point, recycling and battery charging are provided. The bay, a shop, pubs and buses are all within a mile, Tennyson Down and the coast path are on the doorstep, and dogs are welcome. Tents are not accepted.
