Wild Oak Farm is a small family farm at Great Briddlesford, between Wootton Bridge and Newport, raising cattle, pigs and sheep and running a farm shop with coffee. In summer it opens a pop-up camping field with a handful of simple, off-grid grass pitches for tents, campervans and trailer tents.

Facilities are minimal: a portable toilet and drinking water, with no showers or hook-ups. In exchange, campfires and barbecues are allowed, you can walk the farm's woodland and footpaths, meet the Belted Galloway herd and, in season, visit the sunflower field. The steam railway and Robin Hill are within about ten minutes' drive.
