Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat is a lodge park run by Darwin Escapes on Lower Woodside Road, in the wooded countryside between Wootton Bridge and the Solent shore. The beach at Woodside is about five minutes' walk through the grounds, and the Fishbourne car ferry is roughly a mile away.

Accommodation is self-catering lodges sleeping from four to eight, with decking and woodland views; the Premier lodges have private hot tubs, and there are one-bedroom studio treehouses with hot tubs among the trees for couples. The park has a bar with a log burner and patio and an air-conditioned gym, and it is the check-in point for its sister park, Woodside Coastal Retreat.
