Kingates Farm sits on the Newport Road between Whitwell and Niton, on five acres shared with the listed farmhouse and two holiday cottages. Alongside the cottages is one big, modern shepherd's hut for two, looking east over its own fenced garden and the valley towards Whitwell.
Inside there is a fold-away double wall bed, a small kitchen, a woodburner with logs supplied, Freesat TV and Wi-Fi, and an attached shower room. Outside you get a covered BBQ area with a sink, a fire pit and loungers. Guests can book private sessions in the farm's heated indoor pool and steam room, and a hot tub comes as standard (you get money off if you don't want it). Up to two adult dogs stay free, and there are paddocks to walk them in and footpaths straight onto the downs.
