Meadowview is a small, long-established static caravan site run by the Willis family on Ladyacre Farm, on the hillside just above Niton village in the south of the island. There are no touring or tent pitches: the site is seven holiday caravans, five with three bedrooms and two with two, all facing out over open fields and National Trust downland.

It is a simple, quiet base rather than a resort. Facilities are a grassed area, a small playground for young children, a table-tennis room and a utility room with a washing machine. Niton's shop and pub are a few minutes' walk away and the coast at St Catherine's is close by. Dogs are welcome in every caravan, up to two per unit.

The site's tariff page still shows 2023 weekly prices for 3-bedroom caravans only (Saturday changeover; short breaks on request). The first band is printed as 1 Apr-26 Jul, which overlaps the next band and is probably a typo for 26 May. No 2-bedroom prices published. Island Breaks lists a guide range of about £225-£360 per unit per week (year not stated). Status from_only because the only table is from 2023; an undated guide rate repeats the lowest 2023 week so current-year quotes are priced per week.
