Willow is a single shepherd's hut built in 2022 in the garden of a property in Newchurch, a small village in the Arreton Valley about four and a half miles inland from Sandown. It sits off a quiet bridleway, handy for walking and cycling, and the Garlic Farm and Godshill are close by.

It is set up for a couple: a king-size bed, its own shower room, a wood burner and smart TV, a private patio, a covered BBQ and fire pit hut and a small gazebo looking over the garden. It is let through holiday-cottage agencies with Friday changeovers; dogs are not accepted.
