Stoats Farm sits at the far western tip of the Isle of Wight, on Weston Lane just outside Totland and opposite the Highdown Inn. Footpaths lead straight up onto Tennyson Down, then on to The Needles or down to Freshwater Bay, so it is a natural base for walkers and anyone doing a round-the-island trip. New owners reopened it in 2021 and have rebuilt much of it since.
There are roughly 100 pitches: grass tent pitches in several sizes (some with hook-up and some with views towards the Needles), grass and hardstanding touring pitches with electric, and fully serviced pitches with water and grey waste. The heated amenity block has private shower and changing cubicles, two accessible family washrooms and baby changing, and there is a token laundry, outdoor washing-up sinks and an ice pack freezer.
The on-site shop stocks basics and local produce, and Stoats Cafe, finished in 2025, serves food including takeaway pizza and is open to the public. Dogs have a fenced Bark Park, fire pits can be hired with a Swedish log, and there are four Pod Point EV chargers in the car park. It is run as a quiet family site with firm rules on spacing, noise and late arrivals. A two-bedroom cottage on the farm is also let all year.
