Sibbecks Farm is a family-run farm near Whitwell in the south of the island, inside the Isle of Wight National Landscape. Its glamping is limited to two safari tents set about 100 metres apart in a three-acre wild meadow with a shallow stream running through, so each tent gets its own private acre or half-acre.

Meadow Escape sleeps four (plus two on a day bed) and Stream Escape sleeps five (plus two), and its patch includes the stream. Both are on mains electricity and water, with a proper kitchen, private shower and flushing loo (Stream Escape also has a bath), wood-burning stove, electric blankets, BBQ and fire pit. A converted cow barn serves as a rainy-day play barn with table tennis, badminton and scooters, plus an honesty shop selling wood, charcoal and local preserves.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement (£25 each) and on a lead (the hedges are not dog-proof and there is livestock around), there is no wifi, and cars stay in a small car park 50-150 metres from the tents. The tents are open from April to October and the whole site can be booked for exclusive use.
