Bus route 4: Ryde to Binstead, Wootton, Osborne House and East Cowes, and the campsites on it

Route 4 crosses the north of the Island from Ryde to East Cowes. It runs west through Binstead and past Quarr Abbey to Wootton Bridge, then over to Whippingham, Osborne House and East Cowes, finishing by Waitrose, a short walk from the Red Funnel terminal.

It is an hourly route, seven days a week, and the same timetable runs all year: Southern Vectis made no changes to it for summer 2026 or for the winter timetable from 27 September 2026. For campers it links the woodland and farm sites around Wootton and Fishbourne with both Ryde and the Southampton ferry.
