Tapnell is one of the island's biggest glamping sites, and staying on the farm brings free Farm Park entry for your whole stay. The choice runs from five safari tents with log-burning range cookers to geo domes with Solent views, hillside modulogs with outdoor tubs, eco pods for couples and three-bedroom wood cabins. Two of the safari tents, two of the domes and all four modulogs have hot tubs.
Camp Tapnell is the budget version. It opens from May half term to September, and only at weekends outside school holidays. You get an upcycled shipping container with bunk mattresses, or a small Sty with a double bed, and bring your own bedding, cooking kit and chairs. A container was £110 to £130 a night for 2027 dates on the booking calendar.
